In my opinion, try all 3 types of Sapporo - Perfect, First and Hybrid, then finish with another Perfect. Remember that in Japan, lots of foam is the sign of a good beer. If it’s busy, you’re not waiting long - just long enough for staff to clear a space for you and wipe everything down. I was in Ginza for a week and became a regular 😋
