ビールをいただきに伺いました。1杯目はスムーズでしたが、2杯目を注文する際のスタッフの方々の対応が非常に残念でした。 店内はさほど混雑しておらず、スタッフも4名ほどいらっしゃいましたが、どなたも客席に気を配っている様子がなく、目が合いません。 他のお客さんが大声で呼ばれたタイミングで、「次に注文してもよろしいですか？」と声をかけたのですが、「お待ちください」と冷淡な返事。その後、その方の注文を配膳し終えても、また元の位置で立っているだけで、こちらに声をかけてくれることはありませんでした。 混んでいて忙しいなら理解もできますが、そうではない状況で放置されてしまい、とても悲しい気持ちになりました。せっかくのビールが台無しに感じてしまう接客だったので、改善を期待します。 I visited this bar to enjoy some beer. While the first drink went smoothly, the staff's behavior when I tried to order my second was highly disappointing. The bar wasn’t particularly crowded, and there were about four staff members working, but none of them seemed to pay any attention to the floor. They just stood there looking aloof, and it was impossible to catch anyone's eye. When another customer nearby called out loudly to order, I took the opportunity to ask, "Could I order next?" The response I got was a cold, blunt, "Please wait." To make matters worse, after they served that customer's order, they simply went back to standing around and never bother to come back to take my order. I could understand if they were slammed, but they weren't. Being ignored like that left me feeling very uncomfortable. It really ruined the enjoyment of the beer. I truly hope they improve their customer service.
